Now I know some of you were expecting me to talk shop and tell you gear I saw and liked and I will probably do that soon, but these are my personal highlights from the show. The first was getting to see good friends and people in the technical ministry that I know. The church tech community is really a great group and I think CTLN has played a big part in building that community.
Also my good friend Mike Sessler from Church Tech Arts and I got interviewed by Brian Blackmore, Editor of Church Production Magazine. This seems full circle for me since Mike and I met speaking on a panel together at WFX years back. This video was shot and streamed live from the Teradek booth at NAB which Mike named “The Fishbowl” because the set for the interview is on the show floor and surrounded by plexiglass on all sides, I assume to keep the noise under control.
One of the other highlights for me was getting up early enough to catch these pics from my hotel room. My goal for my next trip for Vegas is to get pictures FROM the High Roller not so much OF it.
And of course there was the gear and boy did I see a lot of it, I’ll try and get another post on that soon.
